Late Arrival at School
Students arriving after 9:15 must report to the front office to sign in and collect a late pass. The late arrival is recorded in the roll as a partial attendance.
We understand that there are times when students need to come to school after 9:00am for special reasons. Except for these unavoidable occasions we encourage parents to ensure that their children arrive at school on time every day to make the most of their learning time. When students arrive late they not only miss out on important instructions at the beginning of the day, but also disrupt the learning of others.
Library Resource Centre
The Library Resource Centre maintains an extensive collection of informative fiction and non-fiction resources. This range is continually upgraded.
Parents are welcome to use the library. Students visit the Library Resource Centre each week and are encouraged to borrow resources to meet their academic and recreational needs. The library is also open at lunchtime for students to read, play board games and use computers.
